Daily Message 7. February 2018

Keywords: overburdening and distress! This may mean being overburdened with too many tasks or demands by others, or charging yourself too much responsibility. This leads to hopelessness and depression and the feeling of not being able to cope with life. But it is possible that you may grow into responsibility or ask others for help. If that does not happen, you overstrain yourself and risk losing hope and perspective.

Spiritual restlessness - get to the point!

Your mental activity today is significantly increased, and it is important to express your thoughts and insights. However, you may find that it is difficult for you to find the right shape for it. It may sometimes happen to you, as if you and the other person are not speaking the same language or you just do not find the right words to formulate your request. This forces you to be particularly precise and clear in your thoughts. You can now, but not without effort, recognize your grounded thought patterns as well as learned behavior very well and adapt them to the current requirements.

Sensitivity and imagination

Today, your sense of purpose does not depend on the real, material requirements of life. Rather, you want to escape from everyday life and go into a world of fantasy. There would be nothing to counter that, if a few pieces of advice are taken into account. For example, you should now better avoid alcohol and other drugs, do no work that requires great concentration, or make decisions that require a clear mind. They feel transparent and are particularly sensitive to the vibrations in their environment. So think carefully which environment you prefer.

DAILY TAROT CARD

TEN OF WANDS

You may feel like you've taken on too many responsibilities today or have overextended yourself to the point of exhaustion. The Ten of Wands refers to being overburdened and overtaxed; feeling overwhelmed by the work ahead of you and seeing no real end in sight. You may be facing deadlines at work or responsibilities at home; or you may be carrying the load for someone else who isn't living up to their part of the bargain.

This is the dilemma with the Ten of Wands: You can't just throw in the towel and say “I'm done." There are obligations and responsibilities to uphold, as well as people who depend on you who'd be impaired by your neglect. The Ten of Wands refers to a situation that's so overwhelming and exhausting that you're left feeling completely spent. You may feel like you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders or taking on everybody else's problems.

The question you might ask yourself is this: “Is life (or love) supposed to be this hard?" The value of whatever it is that's taxed you to your limits probably needs to be reassessed. You might also ask yourself why you've taken on so many obligations in the first place. Is it a problem with saying "no"? Or is there a resistance to giving up control and delegating work and responsibility to somebody else? You may feel like you're alone in the world or that you're not getting any outside support, but it's important to note that there are solutions to your dilemma and messages around you that can lighten the load.

Although it may seem like you're doing all the work and reaping none of the benefits, there are some positive aspects to this card. It forces you to both acknowledge your limitations and re-evaluate your priorities. This doesn't mean you're supposed to just 'suck it up' and keep on doing everything the hard way.

What it does mean is that you'll have to confront some of your greatest fears — whether that means risking further rejection, asking others for support, or facing the unpleasant facts about how much (or how little) others are willing to give.
